The apartment is an attic located in an independent villa, entrance is in common with the property. The apartment has a bedroom (two double sofa bed), a bathroom with shower, a lounge with kitchen area , total four sleeping places. The main room in the kitchen area has a sink, a fridge, a boiler to prepare coffee of tea, a microwave, a large induction plate to heat food and kettle. Kitchen area does not have a stove. Present wifi, smoke detector, fire extinguisher and first aid kit. The bathroom is equipped with shampoo, conditioner, soap, toilet paper and towels. Kitchen has everything you need such as dishes, glasses, pans etc..and packs of sugar, coffee, tea, salt and oil. Guests (min 3 days) will be given a welcome drink and snacks (water bottle, bottle of Italian wine and salty snacks). Guests have access to the entire apartment, will be provided with a telephone number/email reference, as well as constant assistance during the entire stay. Terrace (8 sqm) equipped with table, deckchairs and ashtrays. You can organize your lunches comfortably and you can enjoy moments in complete relax. Pero's Villa apartment, is located just in the Pero's shopping street, center street , 4 minutes from Pero Metro station PERO and 8 minutes by walk to Fiera Milano entrance ( Porta Sud-South Gate). The center of Milan can be reached by metro without changing lines in just 25 minutes. The Central Station (trains to Lake Como / Varese / Maggiore) and Cadorna Station (trains to Venice and Liguria) can be reached respectively in 20/25 minutes by subway. The neighboorhood is very well serviced. There are a lot of hotels, pizzeria, restaurants, caffes, shops, supermarket, internet points. Free parking 24/7 is located 50mt from home.
