Welcome to EP7, a charming two-bedroom apartment featuring a relaxed, creatively styled interior. Enjoy two small balconies with greenery and access to a shared rooftop garden. Both bedrooms have king-size beds that can also be arranged as two singles. An additional guest can sleep on the single sofa bed in the living room. Amenities include free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and a fully equipped kitchen. A washing machine and clothes drying rack are located on the rooftop and are shared with the other two apartments in the building. Apartment EP7 is located on the first floor and is accessible via a staircase. There are two flights of stairs (25 steps to reach the apartment and 19 additional steps to access the rooftop terrace).
