Nice 50sqm apartment located on the sixth floor with lift in a historic fine arts building as follows: a typical Genoese entrance where you will find your welcome kit (towels, slippers, body shampoo and soap) which respectively leads to the spacious and bright double bedroom and to the modern and functional bathroom.
We then move to the living room characterized by the ceiling made exclusive and unique by the painter; Genoese artist Roberto Maini who, in the 90s, reproduced "his seagulls" and from the postcard window overlooking the roofs of the caruggi where the bell towers and domes of centuries-old churches stand out. Here we will find a spacious table, a comfortable double sofa bed and a functional video projector that replaces the classic and cumbersome television.
