Monopoli, with its charming historic center (10 minutes on foot) and the sea view, invites you to enchanting walks and culinary discoveries. The apartment consists of three main areas: the living room, the bedroom, and the bathroom. The spacious and bright living room includes a fully equipped kitchen. The comfortable sofa bed is also located here. The bedroom is ample and comfortable, featuring a safe, although Monopoli is very secure both day and night. The bathroom is stocked with soap and shower gel, as well as a hairdryer. Of course, we provide both bed linen and towels. Additionally, it's important to note that we are located on a private street, ensuring protection from traffic noise. This also allows for free on-site parking. The area of the private road, outside the apartment, and the parking lot are monitored by cameras for security reasons. The apartment is available for a maximum of 4 adults, but we offer solutions for up to 8 by providing another apartment located in the same building, on the second floor, and consequently with a balcony. The town center is easily accessible on foot, as well as the train station and the most renowned beaches in the southern part of Monopoli. The Capitolo, a coastline stretching for 5 km with both free and private beaches, is a short 10/15-minute drive away and can be easily reached by city buses. We are directly connected to the beautiful cities of Polignano a Mare, Alberobello, Conversano, and Fasano. Additionally, charming towns like Ostuni, Locorotondo, Cisternino, Martina Franca, and Bari are all within a 30-minute drive.
