Nice apartment by the beach. Welcome to our community project, everyone in the building is involved with it and benefits goes to the community. Our just renovated apartment with terrace is a lovely two bedroom flat with wooden floors located 7 minutes away from the beach, tram and train station in Sant Adria, which is a coastal neighborhood close to Barcelona city. It is in a 3rd floor without elevator. Since this is a nonprofessional activity, the invoice is typically issued by the platform, not by us. Bookings are asked for a 200 eur deposit. This is requested by the community to guarantee the community coexistence rules. like no parties or no noise from 21 to 8am, cleaning, etc. This will be refunded within 2 day after checking out
All neigbors in the building collaborate on it, and profit goes to community.
Sant Adria is a lovely workers neighborhood right in front of the Mediterranean Sea, located only 10 minutes by train; tram; bus from Barcelona city center (1 minute walking from train station, works from 5.00 to 23.00) with easy access to the beach, Badalona harbour as well as restaurants and beach chiringuitos, it is the perfect location to combine a charming seaside town holiday with an exciting city break in the vibrant Barcelona. You will find within 5 minutes walk traditional bakeries, cheap restaurants, a huge supermarket and free parking spaces. The closest beach is 5 min away, right now is closed, dont worry, you can find others within 20 min walking You will be have access to the pedestrian boulevard alongside the beach to Barcelona and to Badalona, as well as the huge Besos River Sports Park ideal for doing sports and morning walks or al fresco coffee in the boulevard.
