Casa Montevela is situated in the popular holiday resort of Cala D’Or, just 500 metres from the sea, and it can accommodate 6 people on 2 floors. The spacious town house, perfect for a family getaway, has modern furnishings and a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms as well as a separate laundry room. Facilities of the child-friendly holiday home also include Wi-Fi, air conditioning available 12 h/day in all main living areas, a satellite TV with DVD-player, a cot, a high chair and a stove for relaxing holidays during all seasons. Parking spaces are available on the street. In the outside area, the terrace is partly covered and partly open, which allows you to enjoy the sun or relax in the shade - as you prefer. The terrace is the perfect place to round off the day with a relaxing evening barbecue and the pool (22 m²) provides much-needed refreshment throughout the day. Situated just a short walk from restaurants, bars and shops as well as about 15 minutes on foot from the sea, the vacation home provides the ideal base for a wonderful holiday. Please bear in mind that pool towels are not included. Cala Esmeralda and Cala Ferrera are the closest beaches and about 1 km from the accommodation. A second set of a baby cot and a high chair can easily be provided.
