You have come to the right place if you are searching for a base to discover the city from another point of view. 15 minutes walking distance to ferries and subway to take you to main tourist attractions however Moda itself where the flat located at the heart offers you more than you can imagine. Minutes away from action and sea side yet on a quiet street to recharge for the next day. Fully renovated with style and equipped with everything you may need. KEY FEATURES: - Prime Location - Fully Renovated Flat - Smart TV with international channels, Netflix, and Amazon prime - Fully equipped kitchen THINGS TO NOTE: - The apartment is on the first floor and there is not an elevator in the building. You need to take only 4-5 steps to reach the flat. - Both bedrooms are facing to building gallery with very limited natural light - The second bedroom is basically only a bed and a hanger, it is quite small - There is no air-conditioning in the apartment - Cleanliness of the bed linens and towels is one of our top priorities. Any stain (make up, nail polish, blood etc.) has to be specially cleaned with extra care. In the worst case if we are unable to remove those, they need to be thrown out and you might be charged for the cost of it. Please make sure to use them as it your own.

Moda is the radiant area of Kadikoy and Istanbul where artists, expats and young professionals prefer to live in. It is located in the peaceful Anatolian side of Istanbul and also a very lively neighborhood with many options of transportation. GETTING AROUND: - Right in the center of the hip Moda district. Many cafes, restaurants, bars, shops, etc are within a couple minutes of walking distance - 4 minutes by walk to the seashore - 13 minutes by walk to Kadikoy fish bazaar - 20 minutes by walk to subway and ferry stations (for Prince Islands and European side) and transportation hub that 24h services the whole city. They are all cheap and easy to take you European Side and historical sightseeing places. - 23 minutes to main bus station where airport shuttle station is located
